Terms of Service

These Terms define the conditions of use for the DMAF 2026 website and related services, including the rights and responsibilities of users and the operations office.
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms establish the basic matters concerning the use of online services provided by the DMAF 2026 Operations Office ("Operations Office") and the relationship between the Operations Office and users.
Article 2 (Service Scope)
The Operations Office provides online features necessary for festival operations, including notices, sign-up/login, and open-call submission preparation. Available features may change according to operational policy.
Article 3 (User Responsibilities)
Users must provide accurate information and must not infringe the rights of others or interfere with service operations. Each user is responsible for managing their own account credentials.
Article 4 (Intellectual Property)
Content in this service and materials provided by the Operations Office are protected under applicable law. Rights to works and materials submitted by users remain with the submitter, and may be used within the scope required for festival operations.
Article 5 (Service Change or Suspension)
The Operations Office may change or temporarily suspend all or part of the service due to system maintenance, policy updates, or technical reasons. Significant changes will be announced in advance where possible.
Article 6 (Amendments)
The Operations Office may amend these Terms in compliance with applicable laws. When amended, the effective date and reason for revision will be posted in the service. Continued use after the effective date constitutes consent to the revised Terms.
